Comprehensive criminal, credit and civil background investigation, plus professional and personal reference checks.
Evaluate
Scenario-based assessment of judgment, de-escalation and composure under pressure.
Certify
Firearms qualification where armed duty applies, state licensing, and Tomahawk onboarding before the first assignment.
Continuous training
Operators train on a recurring schedule in protective tactics, emergency medical response, defensive driving and de-escalation. Certifications are tracked and renewed, never allowed to lapse.
Operational standards
Every assignment runs on written post orders, a defined chain of command and documented shift reporting. Nothing is left to improvisation.
